SHIPPING COST

We are pleased to offer Free Shipping on all orders within Germany. No minimum purchase required. Standard shipping is provided at a cost of 0 USD for eligible orders, and the checkout Shipping field should display 0.00 USD for standard delivery.

DELIVERY AREA

Currently, we only ship to addresses within Germany. We do not ship to international destinations, P.O. Boxes, or military addresses (APO/FPO).

The shipping address must be accurate and complete at checkout. Customers should include apartment, suite, postal code, region, and contact number where applicable so delivery can be arranged without avoidable delay. Orders in Germany are handled through the same store identity, support email, and policy terms shown throughout the website.

SHIPPING METHODS & COURIERS

We partner with reliable couriers including USPS, FedEx, DHL, and UPS to ensure safe and timely delivery of your items.

We may send items from one order in separate parcels if it improves packaging, availability, or carrier routing. Customers are not charged extra standard shipping when we choose to split a shipment.

ORDER TRACKING
